Returns Policy

I'm dedicated at offering premium products and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

I want you to absolutely love your purchase, which is why my returns and exchange policy is straightforward.

If for any reason you're not satisfied with the socks or slippers you've received due to sizing, length, or feel, you have a 30-day period from receipt to return them. Kindly send me an email at hello@designsbyshin.com to notify me of the return. Please include your name and order number in your email to help me locate your original order efficiently. Once i've received the socks back at our office, we'll issue a full refund, excluding the original shipping costs. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To qualify for a full refund, the socks must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. We cannot accept socks that show signs of extended wear. For example, if you've purchased a pack of socks and return all of them, we'll refund the cost of the unworn pairs.

If you've received a faulty or damaged item, simply provide me with a photograph of the fault, and I'll credit you with a full refund, including shipping costs. Contact me at hello@designsbyshin.com, and I will promptly address the issue.

In the rare event that I've sent you the wrong socks, please get in touch, and I will swiftly send you the correct ones.
